Is this event free to attend? Yes.

Can I register more than one ticket? Yes, the more the merrier! Be sure to promote the free tickets to all of your colleagues, clients and anyone else you know working in construction. This is event is tailored to the whole industry.

What time does the event start/end?

Day One - 25th October

9.30am – 5.30pm

Evening Networking Sessions: Oktoberfest, Civil Engineers, HVAC, Architects, Concrete Professionals and Property Agents networking parties will take place from 4.30pm – 8pm.

Day Two - 26th October

9.30am – 4.30pm

Where is the event taking place? Olympia London, Level 1, West & Central Hall

What is the closest station? Kensington (Olympia) Overground

Can I get food in the venue? Yes, there will be several delicious catering points within the halls so you do not have to leave the venue for lunch and snacks.

When is the Oktoberfest? The construction industry's very own Oktoberfest will take place on the 25th October from 3pm onward. Come and experience traditional German beer, food and music with your colleagues and clients.

What sessions are accredited? All summit presentations and workshops are CPD accredited. Please ensure that you get your badge scanned before you sit down for any session.

The Workshops are CPD Accredited – what does this mean and how does this work? CPD UK is our event partner and has accredited all of our presentations and training workshops. CPD stands for continuing professional development. People are free to attend each of the workshops and will get scanned in and out of each session. As each of the attendees are recorded, CPD UK will issue (within 30 working days) a PDF certification which certifies the attendees training for that session. Each session equates to a single CPD point which can be added to one’s portfolio. This is an internationally recognised accreditation.

Do I need to reserve a place to attend in the conference/workshops? Is there a charge to attend? All sessions are free to attend for all visitors. Session attendance will operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Please refer to the programme and ensure that you arrive 5 minutes prior to these starting times.

What are the Meet the Buyer sessions? Am I eligible to attend? How do I apply? Meet the Buyer is a chance for exhibitors to meet and network with VIPs from across the industry. If you wish to gain access to next years Meet the Buyer, be sure to speak with any London Build staff on the day to run you through the different packages.

What time does the conference/workshop/meet the buyer start and end? These function areas don’t start until 9.30am - 10am, depending on the area on both days and finish at approximately 4.30pm. Please download the full agenda for all sessions times and areas.

Are the conference or workshop presentations available to download after the event? Yes, majority of the sessions will be available for download once an online feedback form is submitted shortly after the event.

Can I have the contact details of attendees? No. We cannot distribute contact details.

When will I receive my badge? Once you have registered through Eventbrite, your ticket registration details will be saved to your account. Eventbrite will send you a reminder one week before the show to print off these details. Or you can display these on your phone through the Eventbrite app. If you do not receive this, please check your spam settings.

I forgot to bring my barcode to scan – how do I get my name badge? Simply provide your company name or your name to an attendant at the registration terminal and they will find your registration and print your name badge.

What is the dress code? Smart/Business.

Is there an age restriction? There are no age restrictions however we do ask for all children to be accompanied by a parent at all times.

Is there parking at the event? Yes, there is parking at the Olympia on a pay per day charge.

Is there wheel chair access to the event? Yes, there is wheel chair access at the entrance of the hall and a lift to the 1st floor. All conference, workshop and exhibition areas are on level ground.
