I have worked in the training industry for nearly 20 years and with apprentices for the last 12 years. I am passionate about giving young people the opportunity to start their careers.

"As someone who suffers from mental health issues, the biggest problem in construction is not wanting to look weak with your colleagues. It is important that everyone is aware that help is available, and more information needs to be given at regular intervals to ensure people in construction are looking after their mental health."
