Manoj is a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineer and an accomplished senior executive with a proven and robust outcome oriented experience (just over 23 years) in leading and setting up large multidisciplinary Transport units and major rail/road transport multidisciplinary projects with major global engineering consultancy firms in the UK, Asia, Australia with international exposure in US, New Zealand, Poland, Romania, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Dubai and Hong Kong.
Operational Excellence – Manoj has successfully operated large transport units with full P&L responsibilities to deliver and accelerate performance improvement in the rail sector with various large global organisations in various countries. Manoj also has managed/takes great interest in major projects delivery governance, strategic review skills gap and development of skills base across existing various delivery units.
Business Development – With an open and collaborative leadership style, Manoj has successfully formulated strategies for various key private and Public sector clients accounts, major transport bids, and has a proven track record of converting potential opportunities into contracted workload using his market intelligence and sector knowledge.
Strategic Leadership – Manoj is a genuine leader when it comes to forging and maintaining strong client relationships, pro-actively manage potential business issues and communicate corporate directives to senior managers and also having worked with a diverse workforce. Manoj has also successfully delivered strategic business plans to lead a sustainable growth and positioning in the UK/international rail sector.
Project Delivery – Manoj also has a deep understanding of D&B/Alliancing and joints ventures. Most recently, Manoj has successfully project directed Crossrail Contracts C156/C178, Haramain High Speed Rail, Delhi Light Rapid Transport, Glenfield Junction Novo Rail Alliance, Abellio, EGIP, Edinburgh Tram, Darwin Port.
