Southern Housing Group
Oliver Boundy is Southern Housing Group’s Director of New Business and is responsible for leading the New Business Team; he also oversees the Group’s Regeneration Team and commercial activities.
Oliver has worked in the housing sector for almost 15 years. He began his career working on the Edmonton Green Regeneration Project before joining the Development Team at Metropolitan where he held various positions over 10 years. In 2013, Oliver became Assistant Development Director at Origin Housing where he oversaw the expansion of the company’s development programme and supported the organisation into becoming a key partner in the Heart of Harrow Housing Zone – a project which will deliver over 5000 new homes in the London Borough of Harrow over the next 10 years.
In 2016, Oliver joined Southern Housing Group to lead its New Business Team, working to increase the delivery of new homes for the Group through site acquisitions and joint venture projects. He also has responsibility for Southern Housing Group’s Regeneration Team which works on a number of projects, in close consultation with the Group’s customers and local stakeholders, to improve its existing homes.
