Joined LB Bromley where I held various posts starting as Countryside Manager, then Head of Heritage and Urban Design, Head of Marketing and PR, and Head of Major Projects
Worked for Canterbury City Council as Head of Strategic Planning
Joined Winchester City Council as Director of Development Services
Moved to Medway Unitary Council as Director of Regeneration, Community and Culture where I worked on the Thames Gateway regeneration projects for 10 years.
Joined the newly formed Ebbsfleet Development Corporation in North Kent as Chief Executive establishing the Governance and Funding for Britain’s first Garden City for 100 years successfully negotiating £310m from HM Treasury for infrastructure investment.
Worked for Sevenoaks Council in Kent (Council of the Year 2017) as Regeneration Manager to help make them financially self sufficient having lost all Government grant and support.
And now Newham Council as Head of Regeneration helping to deliver 40,000 new homes and 100,000 jobs.
I am a crazy cyclist. For the 2012 Olympics I cycled from Olympia in Greece to the London Olympics. This year from Canterbury to Rome.
