OFF-SITE CONSTRUCTION SUMMIT

"Learn of the latest strategy, developments and challenges across off-site implementation and construction"

The Off-Site Construction Summit at London Build will welcome exhibitors showcasing outstanding examples of prefabrication and factory-based methods, products, disciplines and systems that strive to work towards improving a streamlined and cost-effective environment. Off-site manufacturing takes away the majority of the construction process from the site itself, reducing time and creating vital benefits. The Off-site zone will host an off-site manager's networking breakfast on 26th October from 8.30am, providing networking opportunities with potential clients and suppliers.

The summit it attended by 10,000+ attendees who represent every part of the UK's building, construction, engineering and design population. Attendees will learn from and explore landmark projects, influential people and manufacturing excellence in this dynamic industry. All those within the industry discuss implications of buildings and structures being assembled on site from a set of quality manufactured assembles and components.

The benefits of off-site construction are paramount, namely speed, reduced waste, assured quality and minimal disruption. Buildings can be completed up to 50% quicker than usual traditional methods, which is pertinent to keep up with supply and demand.

150+ free to attend CPD conference and training workshops cover: The Demand for New Models of Delivery – The Future of Offsite Housing, Developments and Challenges with Pre-Fab and Offsite, Integrating Offsite Methods – Best Practice, From Concept to Completion; creating a cost effective and quality learning environment, Precast Concrete – The Future of Low Carbon Buildings and Flooring Technology, Off-site Housing as a Potential Solution for the Housing Crisis.
