PANEL: Information Management Initiative: How to Build Confidently With Data Driven Decisions
By creating a data-centric mindset we can realise better project controls, better information management and better outcomes. But before we get to this point we need to understand what data we need and, more importantly, how to identify good data.
In November 2024, nima and the Construction Leadership Council (CLC) launched the Information Management Initiative (IMI), designed to transform information and data management practices across the built and managed environment. It focuses on improving industry productivity, cutting costs, saving time and enhancing quality by better managing information throughout asset lifecycles.
In this session nima, together with other industry information management specialists, will break down the benefits of the IMI and how to put them into practice so that we can build more confidently and make better data-driven decisions.
