Harvard Knight is a collaboration between two unique Property Development Firms whose professional experience dates back to 1968.We work closely with institutional clients to acquire, develop and manage property portfolios and investment projects throughout the UK.After five decades of successful ventures, we have established a powerful track record across a variety of commercial and residential investment strategies from new build land developments, to tower block conversions to council backed urban redevelopment projects in the capital city.Through a combination of professional experience, strong industry connections and heavy investment in our own market research we continue to deliver results for our clients – leading the market for investment in the UK property investment sector.Currently we are primarily engaged in strategic development projects in partnership with investment funds, trusts and select private individuals.We have launched the construction arm to Harvard Knight where we are focusing on the constructing of hotels in London and Home Counties. Our aim is to both invest and develop hotels as our own assets as well as construct hotels for prospective clients.
