LiFE Ventures, the investment arm to one of the UK’s leading privately owned real estate agencies, LiFE Residential, acts as a Micro fund, offering seed investment and an accelerator programme to early stage start-ups, concentrating mainly on the property sector or ‘PropTech’. Started around 4 years ago out of LiFE’s managing directors love for innovation, we’ve since invested in a variety of start-ups, mostly PropTech.
