Women in Planning is a UK independent network. Our vision is to increase diversity, equality and inclusion in the planning sector and promote diverse, equitable and inclusive environments. We increase the visibility and profile of women in the planning industry to make it the norm, identifying and promoting inspirational female role models. We support the professional development of our members through insightful events and create a safe space for networking, where our members can make meaningful professional connections. We produce research to fill gender data gaps in planning and raise awareness of issues that women face working in planning.
