T3 Training & Development was established in 2016 to support the growing skills and workforce needs across the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) sector. We specialise in delivering high-quality apprenticeships and workforce development programmes that combine practical industry experience with technical training. Our programmes cover areas including digital engineering, surveying, CAD, BIM and modern methods of construction, helping both learners and employers prepare for the future of the industry.

We work closely with employers to deliver training that is tailored, relevant and aligned with current industry demands. Our approach focuses on supporting long-term workforce development, creating clear progression opportunities for learners while helping businesses build skilled and capable teams. By working in partnership with industry, we aim to help address the ongoing skills gap within the construction and built environment sectors.

T3 is proud to have worked with leading organisations, including Vistry Group and Laing O’Rourke. Our partnership with Vistry Group focuses on timber frame installation - co-designing and developing the country’s first apprenticeship for this growing sector. By combining hands-on site practical training and nationally recognised qualifications, we help learners build successful careers whilst supporting the workforce needs of the sector, now and in the future.

In partnership with Laing O’Rourke, we developed the UK’s first dedicated Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) training facility for the installation of precast units. The real focus on helping to develop a future-ready workforce equipped with the skills needed for modern construction.
