Having worked in the Construction / Health & Safety Training industry since 2004, it's become a mission of mine to promote the vast array of roles available in Construction to the younger generation, in particular women.

As a STEM / Women In Construction Ambassador, I am happy to share my experience to date (20 years in the industry) along with the highs and the lows. 

Undertaking Careers Fairs, School / college talks, speaker events - I am keen to educate and expose this fantastic and varied industry far and wide. 

As Founder and CEO of TUTS Training, in Northamptonshire, it is a real privaledge to offer high quality training and assessments to our industry, nationwide; not just giving the candidates the tools to pass the test but to, more importantly, have the tools and resources to safely operate on site upon achieving the standard.
