Chiara Cozzolino

Chiara is an Associate Director at tp bennett and a key member of its in-house sustainability team, where she brings her expertise as a Certified Passivhaus Designer. With 14 years' experience, Chiara has practiced both in Italy and the UK and has delivered projects across the world. She has particular expertise in high-end commercial workplaces and student residential, where she uses her vast experience in building physics, biophilia and carbon neutrality to help clients and design teams achieve meaningful sustainable outcomes. Within this, Chiara's passion for building circularity and sustainable construction choices is embedded into her design approach, pushing for sustainability to be financially viable and an integral part of all aspect of design.
