Diego Padilla-Philipps

As a Net Zero Lead Diego works towards creating zero carbon buildings to address the climate emergency. Diego is responsible for strategy, delivery, L&D, innovation, R&D, including cutting edge carbon tools using AI. Diego leads a network of 30+ Net Zero champions across all WSP UK offices and internationally. Over the last 3 years Diego has led the creation of WSP's Structures decarbonisation roadmap and delivered on its commitment. He has driven transformational change across eleven regions and upskilled more than 300 engineers who lead over 1000 projects every year. This way WSP is now supporting all its clients measure and understand the carbon emissions of their assets and prepare portfolio decarbonisation strategies for existing and new buildings.
