I started working in construction in 2003 NVQ L2 in plastering for my brother-in-law, I completed my NVQ Level 2 in plastering. I then applied for a job at a training provider as a construction technician. I then went on to work for a College as a construction reviewer, looking after the App in Plastering, Joinery and Brickwork and now I am working for DMR Training where I go out to company and site signing up people who need there NVQs in Construction.
