Lucy Wright

I work as part of the Technology and Innovation Leadership team at Beaumont Bailey where I focus on early stage and high-growth businesses across the Real Estate & Built Environment. Having worked with a number of high-profile technology businesses and Founders, I've developed an in-depth understanding for success characteristics within early-stage businesses. In addition, I am also Head of Partnerships EMEA for the Built Environment Technology Association (BETA), a network for ConTech businesses to build relationships through information sharing and networking to create a more collaborative community, bridging the gap between emerging industry start-ups and traditional service providers. As part of my wider role within the industry, I'm an active contributor to Women in Real Estate and have also launched a Mentoring Programme to support the development of diverse leadership talent.
