Marina Milosev

Marina is a landscape architect and an urban designer with 10 years' experience in the built environment sector across a range of specialist areas such as planning policy, development and urban regeneration. Her expertise lies in formulating strategic urban planning policies relating to gender equality, housing, design and economy. She currently works across the two Mayoral Development corporations, as a Team Lead in Planning Policy at LLDC and a Principal Design Officer at the OPDC. She is a passionate advocate for designing cities that are equitable for women, girls and gender diverse people. Over the past three years, she has been leading a pioneering and award winning research project that aims at generating evidence and developing design guidance for built environment professionals on how to design cities that are gender sensitive, to fostering a future where everyone, regardless of gender or their background, can thrive in our cities.
