Megan Bennett

I have worked in the construction industry for 3 years, previous to that I worked for a wheelchair & rehabilitation manufacturer. I have worked in manufacturing for over 13years, although manufacturing is perceived to be a male dominated industry and has been for some time, it's incredible to see the amazing women leads across the industry. My passion is improving daily lives of others, whether that's through mobility or the improving the quality of the air we breathe. Throughout the course of my career, I have honed my ability to work under increased pressure whilst ensuring I am doing right by my colleagues and the company's customers. Throughout my career I have had varied roles both within product management and marketing, with a short stint in Switzerland as a EMEA communications executive, I owe a great deal to the female leaders and colleagues I have had the pleasure of working with, always showing me that no matter how male dominated an industry is perceived to be there is always support and encourage to grow within my roles.
