With my aim to improve the country's living conditions and make everyone comfortable I set out on a mission to create a firm that can do just that. We want to build homes and places of work for those that require them. I've embarked on a never ending journey as we have to embrace technological changes and lifestyle changes. There is so much to learn and I am still learning everyday. It is important to me that all parties, race, gender and culture are included in the decision making and creation processes.
