12 years of team management experience, and 10 years of H&S management experience within the Purpose Built Student Accommodation sector, Build to Rent, office, social housing and multiple retail environments. Through practical working I have gained an in-depth knowledge and understanding of compliance areas including; M&E, gas, fire, legionella & asbestos. Experienced in workplace Health, Safety & Facilities management, I have an in-depth understanding of current H&S requirements within a multi-site environment. I strive to engage and influence colleagues to ensure effective risk management and to drive a culture of safe working practices through robust policies, training and monitoring, and by working collaboratively with leadership teams, stakeholders & suppliers. Highly motivated both in and out of the office environment, I welcome new opportunities to drive change in equality & diversity, and inspire others to continue to push for inclusive spaces for employees across a broad range of industries. To help drive this, I am an Ambassador for Women in Construction & Women in Diversity, and also regularly engage with the Freehold LGBTQI+ network and participate in events. Also a keen Lv2 RFU Coach and currently coach North London's first Women's & Non Men's rugby team; Finsbury Park Panthers.
