Lorraine is Currently a Senior Associate at Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) with almost 40 years working in the built environment. She has worked in a variety of sectors, education, health, transport and commercial. She is an expert in housing delivery and has been working in the residential sector for the last 35 years, delivering positive outcomes for both Registered Providers and private developers, in the role as Employer's Agent and Cost Manager. Lorraine has successfully delivered major new build and regeneration projects of '200m+ mixed use residential developments with multiple stakeholders. She has been a Quantity Surveyor APC assessor for many years, supporting and mentoring APC applicants to successfully achieve chartered status with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Also, a mentor with the Amos Bursary supporting racially underrepresented youth on the journey from secondary school to graduation and beyond. She is the chair of the Race, Ethnicity and Cultural Heritage (REACH) ERG at RLB and sits on the Diversity & Inclusion Working Group at RLB supporting all protected characteristics.
