Our #MakeItVisible team is reaching out to frontline trades to raise awareness of the free, confidential support services available to construction workers and their families. We visit construction companies, builder’s merchants, hire centres and site across the UK and Ireland, ensuring that everyone in the industry knows where to turn for help.
What to expect from a #MakeItVisible visit
A Lived Experience Talk
Our visit includes an informal and engaging talk for everyone on-site. Our team shares their own lived experiences, sparking open and honest conversations about mental health and wellbeing.
A Safe Space for One-to-One Conversations
Beyond the group session, our #MakeItVisible van area provides a safe and private space for workers to chat with our team, ask questions and find out more about the support available.
Free Resources & Giveaways
We’ll hand out Lighthouse Charity merchandise, including informational materials, useful resources and some great freebies! Plus, everyone will have a chance to enter a prize draw for a voucher giveaway!
