2 Trafalgar Way Granted Planning Permission

Planning has been granted for the largest Passivhaus student residential scheme in Europe - 2 Trafalgar Way. Located in Tower Hamlets, the development will feature three towers at 28, 36 and 46 storeys, and will house over 1600 students, across 80 residential apartments. The project is also targeting'BREEAM Outstanding .'

Completion is due in 2025.
