Transforming a former caravan park into an affordable housing scheme

Homes England are supporting the project and providing essential funding to transform the former caravan park into houses.

The housing developer has promised that the housing will be'genuinely affordable'by ensuring that every single property will be available for either shared ownership or social rent. This will help to widen housing options for the local Essex community.
