Position Overview

RSHP is currently seeking multiple Architects with 2-8 years post-Part II experience to join their London studio. These roles offer the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects with a practice renowned for its technical innovation and design excellence.

Required Skills & Experience

Successful candidates for these positions must demonstrate:

• Strong conceptual thinking with portfolio evidence
• First-hand experience delivering work across Concept, Scheme Design, and Detail Design stages
• For architects with 5+ years experience: Demonstrated expertise in the design and coordination of shell and core components, including structure, cladding, and mechanical services
• Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and visual
• Ability to synthesize design intent with technical requirements while adhering to relevant regulations and standards
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within project teams

Advantageous Qualifications

While not essential for all roles, candidates with the following skills or experience may be particularly well-suited for specific positions:

• Airport design experience
• Proficiency in French (speaking and writing)
• Experience working on Stage 3+ projects in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region
