London Build is more than a trade show; it’s a celebration. Each year, the Festival of Construction brings music, laughter and surprise to Olympia London, transforming the show floor into a space alive with sound, movement and creativity.

This year, the entertainment is bigger, bolder and bursting with energy. With two incredible DJs keeping the beats flowing and a host of wandering performers ready to surprise at every turn, expect a show unlike any other. 🎶 Music & Atmosphere

From singalongs to surprise sets, music has always been at the heart of London Build’s entertainment. Past editions have featured everything from live bands to karaoke chaos, with acts such as:

• Barrioke, where the legendary Shaun Williamson led crowds through hilarious karaoke showdowns.

• Elton Wrong, the flamboyant faux Rocket Man whose piano performances and witty banter lit up the halls.

• Mariachi Bands bringing the fiesta to the show floor with infectious rhythms and joyful energy.

• Resident DJs including DJ Kim and DJ Mel, who kept the vibe alive across both days with feel-good tunes and dancefloor classics.

This year’s two DJs are set to carry on that tradition, keeping the energy high and the atmosphere electric.

London Build has never been a sit back and watch kind of event; it’s about getting involved. Past years have seen crowds queuing up to join in, chat and play along with:

• Drag Bingo, a fabulous, high-energy twist on the classic game that always brings laughter and audience participation.

• The Barber, offering quick trims, big personalities and plenty of banter.

• Paparazzi Performers, snapping photos and interviewing guests on the move, adding red carpet glamour to the aisles.

These interactive moments are part of what makes London Build so unique, where every corner can turn into a stage.

 

 

🚶‍♀️ Wandering Entertainment

And then there’s the magic that happens between the stands. Over the years, London Build has played host to an extraordinary mix of roaming acts, artists, comedians and living sculptures who blur the line between performance and spectacle.

Previous visitors have encountered Charlie Chaplin charming the crowds, Granny Turismo racing through the aisles on motorised shopping trolleys and Familie by Bedlam Oz with their larger than life roaming theatre. There have been Living Lamp Posts, Mirror Men and even a Living Tree Man, each adding a touch of wonder to the show.

From Mad Hatters to Royal Guards, Pemberton and Hague’s comic duo to Living Wooden Statues and even a Queen Victoria frozen in time, the variety and imagination of past performers have made every edition feel alive in its own unique way.
