From Complexity to Clarity: Etex’s Digital Tools Take Centre Stage at London Build
Who are you, and what does your company do?
I’m Livvey Wadsworth, Marketing Communications Manager at Siniat. I’m responsible for helping communicate our brand and products to customers in the UK and Ireland. Siniat, part of the Etex Group, is one of the UK's leading manufacturers of drywall and lightweight construction solutions. We produce plasterboards, metal framing systems, and associated products used in partitions, ceilings, wall linings and external sheathing applications.
At London Build, Siniat will be exhibiting alongside our Etex sister brands, Promat and FSi Promat. Together, we provide solutions across drylining, passive fire protection and fire stopping, helping deliver safer, more efficient, and more sustainable construction projects.
What are you showcasing at London Build & elementalLONDON?
We're showcasing an exciting new digital specification tool from Siniat that is designed to simplify and speed up the creation of project packs. Visitors will be able to get an exclusive preview of how this tool can help streamline the project pack process and give users greater control over accessing the information they need.
Alongside Siniat, our Etex sister brands Promat and FSi Promat will also be demonstrating their latest digital tools and innovations. Promat will showcase its latest, fully tested solutions for passive fire protection in complex projects such as renovation and structural steel protection, along with a preview of its brand-new Structural Steel Calculator. While FSi Promat will be demonstrating its newly launched Quick Selector, an intuitive online tool designed to help architects, specifiers and installers quickly access accurate fire stopping details and technical information.
What industry problem does it solve?
The digital specification tool being showcased by Siniat addresses a common challenge faced by project teams: building comprehensive project packs can often be time consuming. The tool helps simplify and accelerate the process, giving customers greater flexibility while continuing to benefit from Siniat's technical expertise and support. Promat's Structural Steel Calculator and FSi Promat's Quick Selector are designed to address a similar industry challenge, helping specifiers, contractors and installers quickly identify compliant solutions and access the technical information required for accurate specification and installation.
Who would benefit most from your solution?
Siniat's digital specification tool has been developed primarily for architects, main contractors and subcontractors who regularly require system and specification information during the design and construction process. It is particularly valuable for those looking for faster access to project documentation and greater flexibility in how they build and manage project packs.
Promat's Structural Steel Calculator is designed for architects, design managers, engineers, installers and fire protection specialists who need to quickly identify and specify compliant fire protection solutions for structural steel.
FSi Promat's Quick Selector is aimed at architects, specifiers and installers who need fast access to tested fire stopping details, technical documentation and compliant solutions for penetration sealing and compartmentation
