1. Kohn Pedersen Fox has designed a trio of skyscrapers linked by vertical planters at 70 Gracechurch Street. The 154m skyscraper will feature retail, office space and a viewing platform. The design incorporates 3 tapered glass towers on top of a stepped podium.
2. The City of London Corporation has given planning permission for a 30-storey office development at 55 Gracechurch Street next to the Walkie Talkie building. Designed by Fletcher Priest Architects, the building will feature green walls, green roofs and tree planting. With a publicly accessible garden terrace.
