London is listed in the top 10 smartest cities in the world

Using research from'Juniper,'Ecard Shack'have created an interactive map which highlights the cities around the world that are leading the way in giving back time to their citizens and improving overall happiness.
The study, conducted by Juniper, revealed the top 20 cities using technology to increase their 'smart city' reputations. Here are the top 10:
