RIBA announced as Official Event Partner of London Build and elementalLONDON

The Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) has been announced as an Official Event Partner of London Build 2026, strengthening the event’s focus on architecture, design and the future of the built environment.

Taking place on 25-26 November at Excel London, London Build, co-located with elementalLONDON, will bring together 25,000+ attendees, 450+ exhibitors and 600+ speakers for two days of CPD-accredited learning, networking, innovation and collaboration across the built environment.

RIBA will have a strong presence throughout the two events, with its involvement spanning the Architects Hub and the elementalLONDON Sustainability Arena, alongside a dedicated RIBA Bookshop feature.

RIBA Bookshop and Architects Hub

Visitors will be able to visit the RIBA Bookshop at Stand H115, where a curated selection of titles will explore the latest thinking across architecture, sustainability and innovation. The space will also provide an opportunity for visitors to meet the RIBA membership team and learn more about RIBA and its work.

RIBA will also be involved in the Architects Hub, which will bring together architecture and design professionals to explore upcoming projects, innovative approaches and leading practices from across the industry. Visitors will have the opportunity to discover more about RIBA’s work and connect with its team throughout the event.

Hear from RIBA at the event

RIBA will contribute to the event programme, with Jess Hrivnak, Sustainability Lead at RIBA and Member of the UKNZCBS Technical Steering Group, who will bring her expertise on sustainability and the transition to a net zero built environment.

Jess will join the programme at elementalLONDON, the dedicated event for sustainability, net zero, energy efficiency and building performance, co-located with London Build.

As part of the Sustainability Arena, Jess will lead the session What’s in the UK Net Zero Carbon Building Standard? Curated by RIBA on 26 November at 12:00pm, bringing together industry perspectives on the standard and its role in supporting the transition to net zero buildings.

Jess Hrivnak, Sustainability Lead, RIBA, said:

“In a time when climate, nature, housing and cost of living crises can feel daunting and overwhelming, collaboration can bring us together to strive for better. Industry events such as London Build and elementalLONDON are opportunities for cross-discipline sharing. I’m particularly looking forward to the panel discussions that provide examples of cross-disciplinary action and innovation towards net zero.”

Eleanor Hall, London Build and elementalLONDON, said:

“RIBA’s involvement at London Build and elementalLONDON reflects the important role that architecture plays across the wider built environment. We’re delighted to welcome RIBA as an Official Event Partner and to provide a platform for its members and the wider architecture community to connect, share knowledge and explore the ideas shaping the future of our industry.”

With architecture and design central to both London Build and elementalLONDON, RIBA’s involvement will help highlight the sector’s latest projects, ideas and innovations, while showcasing the work of its members to a diverse audience of construction and built environment professionals.
