Over the past 20 years Abdul has been championing Social Mobility and Early Careers recruitment initiatives to drive ED&I, whilst simultaneously filling skills gaps through engaging with untapped talent from cohorts such as Service Leavers, Domestic Abuse Survivors, Prison Leavers, Displaced Talent, and many other underrepresented groups.

We are no longer able to attract talent from the EU post Brexit which therefore means we are fishing from the same talent pools here in the UK. So where do we find new talent pools?
