Abigail is an early career drainage engineer for National Highways. As the former Chair of The National Highways Early Talent Network, she is now Chair of the Newly formed Alumni Network, as well as an advocate for Women in Engineering and early career development. In 2022 she was awarded Graduate of the Year and due to this has been given the opportunity to speak at engagement supplier councils, steering groups and working groups, making sure early talent is represented across National Highways.

Statement:
Diversity, equality and inclusion is imperative to the construction industry. Without different backgrounds and experiences, innovation would be stunted and the industry would struggle to flourish.
