Abigail Plumley, RGN BSc (Hons) SCPHN (OH), currently serves as the Occupational Health Clinical Lead at Balfour Beatty. With over a decade of diverse clinical experience, encompassing roles within the NHS, emergency services, and the construction industry, Abigail is at the forefront of health and wellbeing initiatives for major infrastructure projects. She is deeply committed to fostering psychologically safe workplaces and developing inclusive health strategies. A fervent advocate for mental health, Abigail actively champions staff wellbeing and supports the organisation's Affinity Networks. Her extensive clinical expertise is further enriched by her leadership in training and development. Additionally, Abigail leads the Mental Health First Aider programme and serves as a Mental Health First Aider.
