I am a mixed race female with 16 years industry experience I am passionate about both construction and diversity and inclusion. I Co-Chair the Multi Cultural Affinity Network at Balfour Beatty and have been part of the company reverse mentoring programme.

Why is it important to support diversity and inclusion? 

"I have always wanted to work in construction but was repeatedly told that it wasn't an industry for someone like me, I want the next person like me to be welcomed".
