Adam has 30 years experience in regeneration and development having worked for HAs, Local Authorities and consultancies. He uses creativity and vision to solve problems and drive positive change. He is skilled in developing staff. Technically, Adam excels in contract, risk management, due diligence and commerciality.

He has successfully led regeneration and development programmes of all sizes and tenure types. He is adept in negotiation, facilitating workshops, engineering successful outcomes in difficult circumstances, attends boards; navigating schemes and programmes through internal processes, always putting relationships and people first.

Adam networks effectively and connects with internal and external stakeholders. He is neurodiverse, and given this celebrates diversity and both brings (and celebrates) different perspectives.

Prior to his current role Adam was Estate Regeneration and Development Lead at LB Newham – he transformed the service and brought £multi-million savings and service improvements. At LB Camden Adam headed up 3 teams bringing private sector commercial acumen and rigour to deliver a programme in excess of 1000 homes. He led the JRP Affordable Housing team for 5 years until February 2010 and was instrumental in its growth and success.

Adam develops places people love in London and the SE, and strives to set the highest standards for his teams and programmes. He understands the requirements of all stakeholders including client companies, tenants, leaseholders, politicians and officers.
