Employees at all levels in the construction industry are experiencing mental stress as a result of workload, meeting deadlines to complete projects and handing them over to clients. Many construction contractors set unrealistic goals and targets to complete their scope of work during tendering, which is understandable as a competitive advantage, and some set realistic completion dates, but due to unavoidable circumstances such as delays in shipment and logistics issues, as well as a shortage of raw materials to produce required materials as a result of the pandemic, the materials suppliers may not be able to produce and deliver the imported materials, in turn, the imported materials may not be able to be produced and delivered.
