I have a MSc in Civil Engineer, and in the last 6 years I have worked on my technical and human skills to be able to lead an Engineering team. I enjoy facing new challenges and break them into small manageable parts that can be solved quickly. I am currently working through my ICE Chartership as I am already part of the Civil Engineer Institute in Italy.
