Adwoa Owusu-Banahene is a director of TOBS Consultancy Limited, which specialises in public sector construction procurement and contracts. Working across central government and local authorities, Adwoa is a specialist in delivery of end to end procurement of complex major public sector development, regeneration and construction projects and programmes. Adwoa has expertise in leading project teams to design and implement procurement strategies that deliver ‘fit for purpose' solutions that maximises value added, minimises risk through effective management of contracts and relationships such as the NEC, JCT and FIDIC.
