Aibi Osunde-Ogbebor is façade engineering consultant with nearly two decades of experience in the design, coordination, and delivery of complex building envelopes. She holds a first degree in Architecture and an MSc in Façade Engineering. Prior to founding Vesosa Consulting Ltd, her early career included working at Ramboll and Meinhardt UK.   

Her expertise spans thermal performance, material selection, and the integration of aesthetic, efficient, and sustainable solutions across a range of façade systems, from curtain walls to prefabricated and traditional masonry. Aibi is adept at navigating the interface between architecture and engineering, ensuring performance requirements are met while maintaining design intent. She has led the façade design and execution for landmark high-rise projects including 145 City Road London, Victoria Riverside Manchester, and Crown Place Birmingham. 

An engaging and solutions-focused professional, Aibi brings a collaborative approach to multidisciplinary project teams, guiding projects from concept to completion with a focus on risk mitigation, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. She is also an active member of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC).
