Coming to the industry with a wide range of experience across the leisure sector, professional services, and home appliances, Alex is proud of this varied experience which allows him to draw upon a range of perspectives and strategies to drive change. Openly bisexual, Alex takes this same understanding of differing industry perspectives and applies it to personal backgrounds – Crediting experiences in diverse and inclusive organisations as key to his professional development, thanks to the range of perspectives brought to the table by colleagues, holding a strong belief that “different opinions are opportunities not challenges.” With a wealth of experience in the employee engagements & wellbeing industry, Alex has seen first hand how other industries are championing diversity & inclusion to not only improve wellbeing but drive progress. He’s now looking to banish any fears of change and uncover the hidden potential in the built environment.
