Alex Harper is an employment lawyer at Herrington Carmichael, specialising in equal pay, discrimination and workplace culture. She advises employers across a range of sectors, including construction, on employee relations matters, organisational change, workplace investigations and Employment Tribunal litigation. Alex works closely with businesses to navigate both legal and people risks, with a particular focus on creating inclusive workplaces and addressing issues that can impact employee engagement, retention and organisational success.
