Female project director specialising in commercial design & build and detail & build projects within the UK. With roots in the serviced office market, my career began at TOG in operations and moved in to the construction industry in 2017 in a pre-construction role. Currently working as a project director role at HOP Group, utilising my commercial skills from my ops and pre-con background.

"I was surrounded by professional women at the very beginning of my career at TOG within the serviced office sector, so I rarely (if ever) experienced the gender inequality present across most sectors at the time. I am very grateful for this experience as it made me resilient to the construction industry when I joined in 2017. Within 6 years a lot has changed, and the next generation moving in to the construction industry is much more diverse. Contributing to a more welcoming environment is something I am excited about."
