I have been in the construction industry for around 18 years mainly doing Document Control. I joined MiCiM in March 2021 as UK Document Controller but also working on a multi-site project in Israel which can be quite challenging at times. Working in construction I got the opportunity to help out in other areas and really enjoyed the health and safety aspect so when an opportunity arose in September 2021 for a new Health & Safety person within MiCiM I put myself forward. Since then I have completed my SMSTS, NEBOSH Health and Safety in Construction and am currently studying for a Level 6 NVQ in Health and Safety. I could not have done this without the support and encouragement from MiCiM allowing me to progress along my chosen path. Out of work I enjoy running, cycling and long walks with my partner and dog.
