Alison Crompton Regional Director, BSc MSc CEng MEI PIEMA, BREEAM AP

Alison is the Head of Decarbonisation of Existing Assets, UK within the Sustainability and Decarbonisation Advisory team at AECOM, a team of over 120 professionals delivering services for a wide range of built environment clients, across policy, feasibility and delivery. She has over three decades of experience and expertise in delivering energy, sustainability and net zero carbon support to a wide range of clients with successful outcomes. They value her understanding of the challenges facing organisations in delivering net zero carbon, combined with her collaborative approach and attention to detail. In July 2025, Alison celebrated 25 years with AECOM and legacy companies.
