Alison Pacifico-France (She/They)
Director, Courageous Inclusion, Evosis Limited
I am an experienced Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) professional, who works with an Organisation and Leadership Development approach and a focus on achieving business outcomes. My vision is “To evolve the human race so that everyone inherently values, and has the skill, to be truly inclusive of each other's diversity". To achieve this, I created the 'Courageous Inclusion' model - a practical tool to help people have difficult conversations about D&I which make workplaces more inclusive and successful. https://www.evosis.co.uk/our-blog/courageous-inclusion My work is grounded in my experiences and qualifications. This includes a variety of leadership and commercial management roles and my qualifications in occupational psychology and leadership and organisation development. My identity is also integral to my work, I am a white, pansexual, non-binary person from the North of England who has experienced depression, is a 'wobbly walker' and has a spinal cord injury. I intentionally use both the privileged and disadvantaged aspects of my identity to inform, inspire and promote inclusion, most recently that has included running antiracism workshops for white people (in conjunction with colleagues running initiatives for People of Colour). I work in the UK and globally. including a wide range of charities and public sector corporations, including construction. I also dedicate time to governing charities I care about.
