Alistair has worked in construction for over forty years. He started his career as an apprentice bricklayer and moved up the managerial ladder before joining Willmott Dixon in 2008, where he progressed into project management and onto his current position as regional head of SHE. In his current role, Alistair enjoys working with project teams and supply chain partners, empowering people, and giving coaching and guidance. It is his passion for people and wants to make a difference that has helped him set up ‘Ready for the Gate’. The programme at HMP Elmley supports the rehabilitation of people with convictions and equips them with the skills and opportunity to gain employment upon release from prison.
