Originally from New Zealand, Alister brings a wealth of leadership and operational expertise to ACT. His early career in management, spanning roles in hospitality and the funeral industry, honed his skills in team leadership, logistics, and problem-solving under pressure. After moving to the UK in 2004, Alister progressed to a directorship at a leading architectural design and construction practice before co-founding ACT in 2012. At ACT, he focuses on business strategy, operational growth, and leadership development, ensuring financial stability while overseeing high-spec residential projects with precision and care. Alister is passionate about embedding a culture of quality, communication, and client focus across the business. He is also a strong Mental Health advocate, and shows his support by undertaking fundraising activities - including running 21 marathons in 21 days for Mind which raised over £9,000.
