I have a diverse background ranging from IT to Construction, the industries I have worked in since my early career have always been male dominated. I have been in the Construction industry since 2009 , I am very lucky the company I work for are really driven in relation to diversity, equality and inclusion for the next generation.

Why is it important to support diversity and inclusion? 

"I am a huge advocate of inspiring more women into the construction industry, I encourage career advancements, equal pay and opportunities, work experience and education and a fairer working environment to shake off the current stigma and change the perceptions in the industry".
