Amanda Reynolds is an Urban Designer and Architect with over 30 years experience in urban design, architecture, masterplanning and design review in the UK and overseas.

Amanda founded the SME practice AR Urbanism in 2007 to specialise in masterplanning approaches for complex brownfield sites and the practice has evolved to concentrate on developing sustainable solutions for town and city centres around the UK. Projects include major residential and town centre regeneration schemes, integrating higher densities, mixed uses, transport nodes, walkable city principles and green/blue landscape principles.

Creating greener high streets, improving connectivity and liveability with resilient new uses in our town centres, will enable UK towns and cities to better meet the urban challenges of climate change and other transformative areas of change.

Amanda also sits on several Design Review Panels in and around London, including chairing panels for Enfield and Bromley, as well as frequently acting as an expert design witness in relation to planning appeals, generally around the issue of tall buildings in a variety of urban contexts.
