Amela Karajbic

Amela Karajbić is a strategic partnerships and international business leader who builds connections between markets, organisations and the wider business ecosystem, creating the partnerships through which complex opportunities can move from ambition to delivery.

She is Chair and Co-Founder of the British Bosnian and Herzegovinian Chamber of Commerce (BBHCC), which she helped establish as a platform for connecting organisations, expertise and opportunities across the UK and Bosnia and Herzegovina, enabling mutually beneficial partnerships and creating routes for businesses to access new markets.

Her perspective is also grounded in her experience as Founder and Director of Naturally Beautiful Homes, where she has worked as a client representative on residential development projects in the UK and internationally, including supporting UK clients on projects in Montenegro, Italy and Portugal. Her work has involved bringing together investors, developers, architects, designers, offsite manufacturers and specialist supply-chain partners to identify and deliver highly optimised solutions for different project requirements.

Today, Amela is applying that experience at a broader level -building partnerships between organisations, markets and industrial capabilities, and exploring what is required for different parts of an ecosystem to work together effectively.

She is particularly passionate about creating platforms for collaboration and knowledge exchange, bringing together the right people, expertise and capabilities to solve challenges that organisations cannot address alone.
